
Sinclair Harris serves as vice president for client relations at the Logistics Management Institute (LMI). He retired as a rear admiral (upper half) after a 34-year career in the U.S. Navy. He has commanded at every level from Commanding Officer of USS COMSTOCK (LSD 45) to Commander, US Fourth Fleet/Naval Forces South.
During his career, he served in a wide number of assignments ashore both overseas and in Washington D.C. His last assignment was as the vice director for operations to the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.
He voluntarily serves as immediate past president of the National Naval Officers Association, national vice president of the Navy League of the United States, board member of the Navy & Marine Corps Relief Society, and on several other non-profit boards supporting Sea Services and their families. Awarded the 2022 Vice Admiral Samuel L. Gravely Leadership Award from the National Museum of the Surface Navy (Battleship IOWA).
