Bruce Pannier is a Research Fellow at the Turan Research Center. He is a Central Asia fellow at the Foreign Policy Research Institute and an advisory board member for the Caspian Policy Center and European Neighborhood Council. Previously, he worked as a correspondent for Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty covering Central Asia for over 25 years. Until recently, he wrote a monthly Central Asia in Focus newsletter and hosted the Majlis Podcast.
